I was a key player in the migration from classroom to virtual education, working all the roles in the L&D pipeline to design and develop over 30 branding-compliant higher-education courses using a proprietary framework based on Bloom's Taxonomy.

This sample is part of the Instructional Development plan for an online course. It consists of a thematic breakdown taken from 14 different books, which I selected based on the course's curricular specifications.

The right-most sheet shows the final result of the course consisting of 120 video learning units.

TECHNICAL WRITING - COURSE

This sample is the finished text of one lesson for the video production of an online higher-education course. It includes the exact verbatim narration for a presenter, as well as all the reference images for the graphic design team and the cues for all required audiovisual assets in the final video.

This sample is the beta version of a user manual for a business optimization software application. I designed the learning aids of the document (overlay calls-to-action and text formatting), authored the text, generated the style and structure of the manual, and performed the graphic design for all the visual assets in the document, including the cover.

These two samples show the end result of a learning unit from two of the 30 higher-education courses I have produced. They were produced by a team for which I was in charge of technical writing, technical editing, screen capture, audio production, and image supervising:
